The Iron Man 3 Android game had a lot of potential but unfortunately turned out to be a dud. Literally everything forces you to wait, and if you don’t want to, you have to pay for it since you don’t have unlimited credits. When you repair your suit, you have to go through a real life timer that can only be skipped by spending the currency. Here’s the kicker, when you buy an upgrade with your hard earned currency, you’re required to wait 15 minutes in real time to use it. You are required to constantly repair the suit, upgrade it and whatnot, all of which costs the ingame currency. Unlike other games where you can pretty much finish the game without spending anything, Iron Man 3 almost forces you to. So why all the hate for this game you ask? It’s because of the horrendous freemium model. Even though are some framerate drops when the action gets heavy, everything looks quite good. Even though there is no cost to download the game, you will eventually find yourself paying by buying in game items to progress. Iron Man 3 is actually a “freemium” game. First, it’s free to download, but again, that’s hardly the truth. Gameloft’s Iron Man 3 is more of a cash in scheme than anything and comes off as a half baked attempt at a game. On paper it sounds like fun, but actual gameplay is far from it. It’s a pity that the Iron Man 3 Android Game doesn’t even come close to both of those games. Both, The Amazing Spiderman and The Dark Knight Rises games we pretty good and ran well on all devices. The last few efforts from Gameloft in the movie tie in department weren’t affected by the movie tie in game curse. Read on for the Iron Man 3 Android Game Review! Screenshots and videos look rather promising, but don’t be fooled, the actual gameplay is less than satisfactory. This Android and iOS game comes with high expectations, but it unfortunately fails to deliver. Iron Man 3 is one of the biggest blockbusters of this summer and it’s no surprise there’s a videogame tie in accompanies it as well.
